Where can i get cheap mp3 downloads for my iPod Touch with no viruses, spyware, etc…

A site with a wide variety and maybe around 10 cents a song, or maybe around 20-40 dollars for unlimited downloads.

Please if you are going to suggest a subscription, make it cheap because I only have 220 songs. Or it can be somehwat expensive, but I get to keep songs if I end subscription.

Or does anyone know if there is a netflix or gamefly like rental system except for Cd’s?

Notice I did not say free downloads because I need it to be legal.

Don’t say limewire, I know thats illegal, even with pro.
Don’t say iTunes…too expensive for me 99 cents a song
Don’t say eMusic…the selection of music doesn’t have
anything thats in my taste.
Don’t say Utorrent…it is illegal
Don’t say amazon…too expensive for me
Don’t say Napster…I only have 220 songs that I want, it isn’t worth paying $15s for the rest of my life.
