Yes, some of them are free to download, but most of what I’ve downloaded from the new napster I paid $0.99 for. Even with the files I paid for, I can’t put them on my mp3 player, or even listen to them on SimCity 4. Can someone tell me how I can remove the protection from these files so I can actually use them somewhere other than Napster? If you don’t want to post the answer, I’ve verified my email so you can send me a message. Thanks.

to the guy that said to burn them…. yeah, that would work if it wasnt napster and that they make sure you dont burn unless it’s through them… i’ve wasted 4 dvds already… nice try, but not the correct answer.

   The new copied file has no protection easyyyyyyyyyyyy.

   Burn them to a -RW or +RW CD and put them back on, they will no longer be protected.
