Edit: they said no p2p software (ie KaZaA, Morpheus, imesh, bearshare) beside KaZaA and Morpheus are the same gnutella client and they’re both virused and bugged all to hell, likewise bearshare and imesh are the same gnutella client after RIAA shut down bearshare and bearshare sold their remaining stock to imesh.
