Can someone walk me through the steps of downloading music on my cect p168 and listening to it. I downloaded some from my windows media player and in my file manager it shows they are there but when i go into my audio player and try to add the songs it shows all my files empty. What am I doing wrong?

MP4 player, I mean does it matter? or do I have to find a site that has JUST MP4 player downloads? Christmas Present for my daughter but she’s not sure how to work it either so we need a little help any advice on the whole thing would be great! It’s a MP4 Player Video, Music, Picture 7 modes EQ? ,Different space disk mode? Cartoon menu? or is there somewhere on the internet that has Just MP4 stuff I can learn about or something.
